  Last night i ordered a take away my a local youth group (22 kids), each child put money in the pot and i woukd get them pizza. As you can imagine kids were super excited. Unfortunately however, what should have been a fun sociable night, was runined by the awful service at our local dominos. I called and asked for BOGOF deal and ordered 4 large different flavoured pizzas (expecting BOGOF deal on each pizza flavour) . I asked for total price and was told total which was around £37 ( I didn't have a menu to hand), great money left in kitty for a few garlic breads too total now came to £57. When I got to collect pizza I only had four pizzas, I questioned it and I was told you didn't ask for BOGOF deal on each pizza..confused. Had I been told this on the phone I would have not ordered garlic bread and paid for extra pizza. It was awful not enough to go around, they all had one piece of garlic bread and one slice of pizza. We called and we're basically told it's our fault nothing could be done and no more dough to make anymore pizzas. Then proceeded to speak with a manager same unhelpful attitude and this time told ovens had broken and nothing they could do to help. I don't know if this is company policy/training or just a bad branch but it needs addressing.

  I don't know what people on here expect (looking at some of the reviews) but we used to live in London where pizza is lukewarm and average at best. From the Newton Abbot branch it is always good, always hot and always delivered within 20 minutes. Have had great pizza five times running. They're doing a good job.
