  The staff are lovely on the shop floor very attentive and great with my children. My husband always gets the food and the only time an issue is when new staff are training and I appreciate they are learning and will make mistakes. The older lady and gentlemen are a credit to macdonalds and they are lucky to have them as part of the team. Exceptional customer service every week!

  Be aware! They are cheating! I visited this place on the journey and I used their McDrive. I have ordered 1 happy meal and on the payment window I have repeated myself and then I have received meal for my little one with clear confusion from the staff. Normally I'm receiving bill with food, but they didn't give me one that time. After two days I spotted that they charged me over £6 in stead of the price for happy meal. I wrote to McDonald's 2 emails about that with no response from them till now. I was asking for compensation, but again - no response. So, my advice - be careful, because you might be cheated by McDonald's in the same way as I was. Be aware.
